Hi Max,
I eMailed you, Mav, Rarefile & Hostpaket Support regarding a 20% overcharge when recently extending my Rarefile Premium Membership. I have had zero response from anyone.
I also left a comment on this page recently but but all comments have been cleared…
I’ve been an AYL Supporter since the Rapidshare days and am not happy that advertised prices are not what is charged. This could be an issue for all Rarefile Premium Members.
I’d appreciate your help in trying to get a satisfactory resoltuion with this. Being totally ignored by Rarefile & Hostpaket isn’t good Customer Service/Support.

I eMailed you 10 days ago regarding a 20% overcharge when extending my Rarefile Premium. So far I have received no reply from yourself, Rarefile or Hostpaket (the vendor).
I also left a request for assistance on this page and on a similar “Rene” page, 5 and 7 days ago respectively. Again, to date, I have received no response.
Can you please respond/help?
