Gordon Ramsay is back with Next Level Chef, the next evolution in cooking competitions. The series features a one-of-a-kind culinary gauntlet – which Ramsay designed — set on an iconic stage like you’ve never seen. Over three stories high, each floor contains a stunningly different kitchen. From the glistening top floor to the challenging bottom of the basement, the ingredients will match the environment, because Ramsay believes the true test of a great chef is not only what they can do in the best of circumstances, but what kind of magic they can create in the worst! With a level playing field, Ramsay has opened up the competition and scoured the country for the very best line cooks, home chefs, social media stars, food truck owners and everything in between, all competing against one another with the goal of finding the food world’s newest superstar. Joined by two elite names in the food world, chefs Nyesha Arrington and Richard Blais, Ramsay and his co-mentors will leave no stone unturned, as they each recruit a group of the talented young chefs, and take them under their wings. Ramsay and his friends will attempt to bring out the very best in their cooks, as they all try to find “the one.”

Season 3, Episode 01 – “Auditions – Social Media”
In the premiere episode, the eight social media stars battle it out on the three kitchen levels. Only five chefs will advance to join the teams of mentors Gordon Ramsay, Richard Blais and Nysesha Arrington and compete for the grand prize of a 1-year mentorship and $250,000.

Season 3, Episode 02
The auditions continue as the home cooks fight for one of the coveted five spots that advances them to the mentorship team draft, taking them one step closer to winning the grand prize of a 1-year mentorship and $250,000. One chef is eliminated after each challenge until only the top five are left standing.

Season 3, Episode 03 – “Auditions – Pros”
The auditions conclude as the professional chefs enter the kitchen and battle for one of the coveted five spots that advances them to the mentorship team draft, taking them one step closer to winning the grand prize of a 1-year mentorship and $250,000. One chef is eliminated after each challenge until only the top five are left standing.

Season 3, Episode 04 – “The Draft; Smash Bash”
The top 15 chefs are drafted into their three teams; the contestants must prepare an all-American smash burger that proves their cooking abilities.

Season 3, Episode 05 – “Curry in a Hurry”
The 14 remaining chefs are tasked with preparing a curry dish that promises to pack a punch with only 30 minutes on the clock; the winning dish gives the entire team immunity and claims the top-level kitchen for the next challenge.

Season 3, Episode 06
The 13 remaining chefs channel their vacation vibes when they’re tasked with preparing a seafood dish inspired by tropical island cuisine; the winning dish gives the entire team immunity and claims the top-level kitchen for the next challenge.

Season 3, Episode 07
The chefs are tasked with preparing a next-level international street food dish. But there’s a twist: to mimic the “grab-and-go” feel of street food, the platform never stops moving throughout the challenge.

Season 3, Episode 08 – “Don’t Have a Cow, Man”
The remaining chefs butcher and break down various cuts of beef amongst their teams to create sizzling steak dishes that earn a “well-done” from the judges. Then, two contestants face elimination as they enter a heated seafood cook-off.

Season 3, Episode 09 – “You Wanna Pizza Me?”
The 10 remaining contestants step into the kitchen with one single goal: to elevate the traditional pizza into a next-level masterpiece. The winning pizza gains immunity for the whole team and claims the top-level kitchen spot.

Season 3, Episode 10
The nine remaining chefs embark on a gastronomic journey to the land of Tzatziki, Togas, and Tradition: Greece. Using a bounty of fresh ingredients from the platform, the chef who prepares the best Greek entree wins immunity for their team.

Season 3, Episode 11
The eight remaining competitors must work together in teams to create a cohesive three course meal. With only 30 minutes on the clock, the team with the winning menu remains safe from elimination.

Season 3, Episode 12 – “Bingo, Bango, Bento!”
The seven remaining chefs work individually to create Japanese-inspired dishes for their bento boxes; one judge oversees the chefs during the elimination challenge, while two judges blindly taste test their creations.

Season 3, Episode 13
The six remaining chefs are tasked with recreating a “picture perfect” dish using just a photo. However, once the platform leaves, the photo goes with it, putting the contestant’s memory and cooking skills to the test.

Season 3, Episode 14
The final five chefs must create a dish using a fermented drink called kombucha; two chefs battle for a spot in the semifinals.
